Admission and Fees

  • A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is applicable at admission.
  • We offer group classes, one-on-one classes, and twice-a-month classes, with varying fees.
  • For fortnightly classes, students must attend at least 2 classes/month for continuity.

Fee Payment

  • Monthly fees are payable in advance by the 10th of every month.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, NEFT.
  • Late payment fee: ₹50/- per day of delay.

Breaks and Rejoining

  • Students on voluntary break must continue fee payments.
  • Non-payment of fees for a month cancels registration.
  • Rejoining requires a one-time registration fee.

Attendance and Accountability

  • The school isn’t accountable for student absences.
  • Regularity and steady learning is encouraged.

Prolonged Leave

  • Fees are payable during prolonged leave.
  • Extra classes may be arranged with the teacher’s consent.
  • We care about your progress, but can’t guarantee 100% compensation for missed classes.

Class Structure

Our regular classes are structured as follows:

  • Group classes: 2 hours/week
  • One-on-one classes: 1 hour/week
  • Fortnightly classes: One on One only

We prefer weekly group classes to ensure substantial learning and minimize delays.

Vacations and Holidays

  • May: School closed, fees payable. Extra classes in April and June.
  • National holidays and festivals: No compensation for missed classes.
  • Academic exams , absence of teachers due to medical/personal reasons: classes to be rescheduled based on availability of students.

Attendance and Involvement

  • Events hosted by Shubham are considered classes. Attendance is mandatory.
  • Non-emergency absences may be chargeable.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in day-to-day work.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • Per-class students: 24-hour notice required for cancellations.
  • Monthly one-on-one students: Prior notice required. Last-minute cancellations may be penalized.

Code of Conduct

  • Follow the dress code for respective classes.
  • Bring your own:
    – Notebook and pen
    – Musical instruments and accessories
    – Water bottle and personal requirements
  • Personal belongings are your responsibility; the school isn’t liable for lost items.
  • The school doesn’t arrange or take responsibility for student commute.

Flexible Learning Options

We offer classes in multiple modes to suit your needs:

  • Online classes
  • Offline classes
  • Hybrid mode (for students with frequent travel or work commitments)

This flexibility ensures you can continue learning without interruptions, no matter where you are.
